Would highly recommend avoiding this…
Would highly recommend avoiding this premium product, they state loss of coating is not a defect, but sure looks like it to me. Imagine a car company giving a warranty but saying they don’t guarantee the car to be driveable.

The guarantee fees like a marketing stunt.

False Claims Of toughness on Packaging
Brussels Frying Pan purchased at Christmas, coating chipped by early January. Despite following care advice I was most disappointed. Wasn’t a cheap purchase and claims on packaging that can use metal utensils and dishwasher led me to assume tough long lasting coating - I put in dishwasher once and didn’t use metal utensils by the way.
Also chipped around rim but I did use a Pyrex glass lid and GreenPan recommend using their own lids.
When I complained the complaint was dealt with speedily and courtesy. However I am disappointed to be told that this will not effect use of pan and is normal. I think the chips are already developing rust !!! Sorry Greenpan I had high hopes of your product.

Second bad experience with Greenpan UK
See my review of the Barcelona frying pan below.
I also bought a Copenhagen saucepan for £60. It took a couple of weeks of very light use (making porridge) for the nonstick coating to begin to flake off.Greenpan say this is normal and refuse to provide a refund!
Their customer service is appalling and I will never buy from them again. I bought a nonstick frying pan from Lidl for £12 and it has already out performed the Greenpan version
Please refer to the reviews on the company's website. Over 40% negative reviews and similar experiences to mine
With regard to the response from Greenpan (see below) this shows their complete disregard for consumer rights.
Section 9 Consumer Rights Act 2015 states:-
"9. Goods to be of satisfactory quality
(1)Every contract to supply goods is to be treated as including a term that the quality of the goods is satisfactory.
(2)The quality of goods is satisfactory if they meet the standard that a reasonable person would consider satisfactory, taking account of—
(a)any description of the goods,
(b)the price or other consideration for the goods (if relevant), and
(c)all the other relevant circumstances (see subsection (5)).
(3)The quality of goods includes their state and condition; and the following aspects (among others) are in appropriate cases aspects of the quality of goods—
(a)fitness for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are usually supplied;
(b)appearance and finish;
(c)freedom from minor defects;
(d)safety;
(e)durability."

On the company website the pan is described as both attractive in appearance and extremely durable. There is no warning that minor scratches or dents might appear. In any event, my complaint is that there is a failure of adhesion between the nonstick coating and the metal pan.
This company is dishonest and unreasonable.

I would advise potential customers to buy from Lidl. Their pans are just as good and cost a fraction of the price.
I would also suggest that they read the article on leafscorecom about why they no longer recommend greenpan

Usually a tefal pan user
Usually a tefal pan user. Bought these after researching found these to be the best. I can honestly say these are fantastic. And also get a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend.

Poor quality product and poor customer…
Poor quality product and poor customer service
Stay away from Green Pan.
We have recent purchases a full set of pans and extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and customer service experience provided by Green Pans. These pans are not cheap, and I expected the pans to be of good quality and resilient. Two of the pans have chipped/defected inside, after using the first time. The wooden utensils provided was used, pans cleaned using soap and a sponge as directed and stored without stacking.
We highlighted this to GreenPans whose customer service has dismissed our compliant and said they will not replace or do anything about the pans. We now need to purchase new pans and have concerns over the quality of the rest of the Green Pans.

Never buy Greenpan again, shocking!
A virtually new, carefully looked after frying pan went rusty all over the base. The Greenpan ‘customer service’ response was “Scrape the rust off”, there is nothing wrong with it and we are not going to replace it. Appalling product and even worse customer service. We will never buy Greenpan again and will urge anyone we know not to do so either. Their attitude needs to change if they are going to retain customers. Shockingly dismissive despite ultra clear photos of the problem.

The Greenpan response seems to reiterate the “scrape the rust off” approach that typifies Greenpan’s dismissiveness. If this is the result of a short 29 minute dishwasher cycle, then frankly in my view Greenpan marketing should not continue to mislead people into believing that the product is “dishwasher safe”. Let’s see if they make that marketing change to “hand wash only” but I for one am not going to hold my breath! And I have better things to do than remove rust from inferior products.

Loyal customer here, no more
Loyal customer here, bought many pans in the past and have been happy since.

Last pan I bought, a £50 non stick omelette pan, started sticking and the coat started peeling off in multiple parts.

Customer service plainly refused to help in any way, just blaming me and the way I cleaned the pan.

In showed them pictures of all the other GreenPan I have that are in excellent conditions after years of taking very good care of them but they still maintained it was my fault.

They even went as far as saying that a scratched pan that sticks is safe to use because of the materials they use.

It goes without saying that I won’t be buying anymore, nor recommend it to friends as I did so far.

Would give 0 if I could
Would give 0 if I could. 2 x pans due mid Dec, never received. Have emailed twice and messaged and not had any response. Still awaiting my pans 5/6 weeks later. Disgraceful service and no phone number. Either a SCAM or hugely inefficient. Let's see if they reply to this!

Reply below is unacceptable - it was 5 weeks ago that my pans were due and I haven't received them - please refund my money TODAY

Horrendous customer service, warranty a scam
The Mayflower line of pots and bands by this brand are beautiful and we couldn't wait to try them. One of our four-piece set instantly started to stick.

Since the rest were working fine, I filed a complaint. After an initial offer to review and file a warranty claim on our behalf. After five weeks of back and forth, being passed around to different teams, and 14 emails, the person I ended up with refused to file the warranty claim initially offered to me.

The pans look good, and some still work for us. But the quality is inconsistent, and their customer care is a waste of time. I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing our set.

Hopefully, GreenPan will invest in product development and start listening to their customers. They have a good design team, now the rest of the company has to keep up!

Avoid - refused to replace faulty pan
I bought a complete set of Barcelona Eveshine pans. The 28cm frying pan is faulty and the non-stick failed on the 3rd use. When I contacted customer service they have refused to replace it and accused me of misusing the pan (which I did not and they have no basis to do so). It’s just an obvious attempt to avoid replacing a £60-70 pan. Avoid dear reader!

Wok less than 1 year old and coating comes off
Bought a Greenpan Wok less than 1 year ago, the coating started to blister and come off in parts of the Pan. When contacting Greenpan I first was told it isn't their issue but that of the shop I bought it from. The shop said it isn't their issue and I have to go to Greenpan. After a wild goose chase, Greenpan then contacted me advising that there is nothing they can do about the pan, despite it still being within the 2 year warranty they give, and that it is normal for the coating to come off!? An expensive pan as such should not have the coating come off, and if so it should be replaced since it is still within warranty. I cannot believe I am being told that I can/should eat my meals with pan coating mixed in!!! Ridiculous. I would not recommend this brand.

This pan is simply not non-stick
This pan is simply not non-stick. The food sticks no matter which fat I use. Customer service says it’s carbonisation (duh!) and asks me to make sure food does not stick. What the hell am I paying you for? Absolutely terrible product and even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I asked for example pics of products they did replace and customer service stopped replying.

The quality of these pans is appalling
The quality of these pans is appalling. I've used GreenPan for a decade and loved them, but the new pans are rubbish.

I just spent a lot of money on a beautiful set and the coating is chipping off with no metal utensils and the pans' own metal rimmed lids strip the coating.

Their customer service say this is fine for a pan used for, literally, a few days or, for one of them, just once. Obviously this is completely against consumer law but they just don't care.

A simple search on the Internet shows an awful rating on Trustpilot so take the bloggers' reviews with an enormous pinch of salt.

Don’t buy. Everything sticks
Don’t buy.
Frying pan everything sticks.
I thought I was buying a quality product (I was wrong).
When I use it everything sticks!
I contacted customer service who said it was a build up of carbon & then suggested how to clean it.
I did as instructed but to no avail.
Stuff still sticks!
I contacted them again only to be sent a pre-scribed response.
I then asked what does the 10year guarantee covers?
Im still waiting for a response.
So to recap
1: An expensive product which doesn’t do the job it was purchased for.
2: A guarantee which I still don’t know what it’s cover.
3: Customer service who haven’t resolved the issue.

Great product, poor customer service so far
The correct product I have been shipped seems excellent so far, however the whole experience let down by part of my order being sent incorrectly and then taking up to 2 weeks to rectify for no apparent reason other than 'logistics' - bear in mind the initial order arrived within 3 days of order placed.
